Actually, I tested two scenarios by accident. This step is going to wipe out everything on the default partition.After reboot, immediately press Option + Command + R keys at the same time. Although you could do step 5 and restore directly from your Time Machine, it might be risk if the backup is not a good one. The above steps might help you to recover your old Mac.
